Our mission is to digitally transform and empower laboratories across the globe to improve the quality of living. We build a digital tool called Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) that manages all the information & data flow for analytical and clinical laboratories. We have enabled hundreds of analytical testing labs to help keep food, air, and water fit for public consumption. We have partnered with biobanks, clinical research & COVID-19 testing laboratories in the fight against life-threatening disease & the pandemic. What will you learn?

What will you be doing?

  • Building relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and influencers in the industry through events and trade shows. 
  • Business development 
  • Make reports/presentations/proposals as requested.
  • Give personalized product demonstrations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Presales customer support
  • Work closely with the product development & marketing teams.

Required

  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Should have networking skills for handling global clients and relationships

Nice to have

4+ years of experience in SaaS sales

  • Willingness to travel to national and international trade shows
  • Public speaking experience
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (in addition to Arabic and English)
  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
